Community Focus specialises in creative, performing and digital arts for a wide cross section of disadvantaged groups. We aim to promote total inclusion in the community, to help our users gain confidence and overcome barriers and to provide a platform for innovative work. Our activities, events and outreach projects depend on the continuing support of individuals, the community and funders to turn this vision into a reality.
We can accept contributions in a number of forms: whether you wish to make a one-off donation, or offer materials, equipment and books, or whether you would like to get your business involved; there are plenty of ways to make a real difference.
Any donations will go directly towards helping us lower the costs of our services, improving resources and developing opportunities for users and the Barnet community.

Lend us a platform!
We are always on the look out for new and interesting ways to provide a platform for the work produced, crafted or devised by our users. In the past Community Focus groups have exhibited beautiful photography on the walls of Starbucks, performed at major festivals and have recorded drama for Resonance FM. We would be glad to hear from anyone affiliated with publications, theatre spaces, galleries, radio stations and other arts, leisure or community sites, who may be able to offer a public arena through which to present our work.

Would your company like to support Community Focus? We have a broad range of ideas and projects which we can offer to ensure that we both get the most out of any partnership - and, of course, your support would be much appreciated and directly benefit people.

Gifting a Legacy to Community Focus
Including a legacy to Community Focus in your Will offers you the opportunity to support us, without it affecting your current lifestyle. Your legacy will help us to continue our work.
There are several different types of legacy that you might like to consider and we will be happy to provide you with full details. Please contact Manjit Aujla for further information.
If you have already made a Will we would be happy to send you a codicil form, which is simple to complete. This official form will allow you to add a bequest to Community Focus.
Any gift that you make to Community Focus under your Will passes free of Inheritance Tax. Community Focus will therefore receive the full benefits of your entire gift without deduction. Please be aware that the net value of your estate is reduced, as is the amount liable for Inheritance Tax.
Community Focus is, of course, extremely grateful for any gift that you might wish to leave to us and we will be happy to talk through ways in which you might like us to record our appreciation.
